Both my studies and work experiences have enabled me to develop a wide range of skills in different areas. My aim is to always be learning.
What I do
Marketing campaigns
I have created digital marketing campaigns for different fields (video games, marketing agency, real estate), including time and budget management.
Languages
French native, I have been bilingual in English for 10 years and in possession of a UK degree. I am advanced in Spanish and improving everyday.
cms systems
I have a lot of knowledge with WordPress when it comes to website building. However, I have experience working with Shopify in order to deal with orders, products and clients.
CRM
I have dealt with customers at every stage of the sales cycle. I have experience in written communication (emails and chatbox) as well as vocal (phone calls). I have worked mostly on Salesforce but also Vtiger.
Web Creation & Development
I have created websites (including this one) on WordPress and Wix, and have updated them when necessary. I have experience in SEO, particularly with the Screaming Frog analysis tool. Here are some examples of websites created.
intercultural business knowledge
With my background and interest in international business, I've learnt and discovered many cultural differences in both personal and professional areas, and know how to analyse a market properly, adapt to it and achieve my goals. The subject of my dissertation was ‘The Impact of Cultural Differences on Digital Marketing in the Fashion Industry’.
brand identity
I know how to create and develop a strong brand. Whether it's the tone of voice, its values or its imagery, I can help you create a stronger brand identity.
qualitative & quantitative research
On three occasions I carried out market research in the footwear, furniture and fashion sectors. To do this, I learnt how to research and process quantitative and qualitative data. To do this, I used Qualtrics, Tableau, SPSS and NVIVO.
